What are the benefits of planting native plants? Which native plants will work best for my space? How can I utilize native plants in my foundation plantings or landscaping? Join Kaylyn at our West End Nursery to answer all these questions and learn more about native plants!

We’re celebrating the bounty of summer! Holly will walk us through varieties, which tomatoes are best for sauce, paste, and fresh eating. We’ll sample each variety and finally found out which tomato is the best overall!

Let’s talk peppers! We’ll walk you through pepper selection from mild to spicy and what each pepper pairs best with to create delicious hot sauce! Attendees will receive a guide to a variety of peppers, along with a hot sauce sample.

Made with Beeswax and natural elements, these homemade firestarters make a great gift or a lovely decoration for your mantle! Each guest will be led on a guided tour through the nursery to harvest seasonal sprigs and blooms and will then get to create 3 handmade fire starters.

Learn the process of designing and pouring your own candle with Kat and Sarah. We’ll cover the basics of candle making along with how to utilize fresh flowers harvested from the garden to add natural color!.
