Growing up to 3 feet high by 3 feet wide, the Royal Fern is a gorgeous addition to any shady area.  Beautiful green fronds with golden clusters of seed cases appear on stalks in the summer.  Since it can take moist to wet soil, it would be a perfect addition to a rain garden.  Plant in part to full shade.  Rabbit tolerant.
